Andy went above and beyond to provide quality customer service. Andy contacted the repair shop to have the engine diagnosed and to have the engine replaced. Andy contacted the warranty company to assist me with getting the engine replaced. I contacted the warranty company and informed the warranty company of the engine problem. About 2 weeks after I purchased the vehicle, the vehicle had a loud noise coming from the engine. I purchased a vehicle from AA Motors and a separate engine warranty for the vehicle.
